REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you want to cancel the booking, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the detail of each rooms before booking.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

For Cancellations please contact the us via phone.

Requests must be made at least 3 days before Room check-in date. Otherwise, Refund will not be provided.

REFUND POLICY

We will try our best to our visitors feel comfortable before and during the stay.

In case any client wants to cancel, we can provide a refund. Please kindly note that for refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before Room check-in date.

If paid by credit card or bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/ Bank account provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

The timeline of refunds back to the customer will be within 7-10 days.
